Information We Collect
When you interact with Veoksha Systems, we collect basic telemetry, infrastructure logs, and user metadata strictly necessary to provision and maintain our services. If you contact us or become a partner, we store your email address and business details. All data collection is explicit, transactional, and securely logged.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide, secure, and improve our services. We utilize cognitive engines and deterministic pipelines to analyze system performance and facilitate autonomous agent workflows. We do not sell your personal data, nor do we use your proprietary operational data to train generalized AI models without explicit, opt-in consent.
Data Security & Storage
Data at rest is secured via AES-256 encryption, and data in transit is secured via TLS 1.3. We maintain rigid access controls across our infrastructure. Temporary execution contexts (like those used by our autonomous agents) and cached vector databases are routinely purged according to strict data lifecycle policies.
Third-Party Services
We architect our infrastructure to rely on minimal external dependencies. However, we do use trusted third-party compute or storage providers (e.g., AWS, GCP) to host our services. These subprocessors are bound by enterprise-grade Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) that mandate strict security and privacy standards.
Your Privacy Rights
You retain absolute ownership and control over your personal and proprietary data. You possess the right to access, rectify, export, or permanently delete your data from our active infrastructure at any time. Requests for data purging are executed synchronously across all primary databases.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the 'Last Revision' date at the top of this document. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
