SERVICE

By accessing or using the Veoksha Systems website, applications, or engaging us for software engineering and AI integration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

Veoksha Systems provides bespoke SaaS platforms, AI integrations, and structural web engineering. We operate strictly as an infrastructure engineering collective and do not offer general agency or staff augmentation services. The exact scope of any client project will be governed by a separate, signed Statement of Work (SOW).

Upon final execution and full settlement of all invoices as per the SOW, ownership of the resulting software architecture transfers to the client entity. Veoksha retains global rights, title, and interest to its pre-existing proprietary libraries, open-source GemCode tooling, and operational frameworks used in development.

You agree not to use our services or products to conduct malicious cyber activities, violate local or international telecommunications laws, infringe on third-party intellectual property, or generate restricted synthetic content. Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

Veoksha Systems provides its services 'as is'. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services, third-party vendor outages, or underlying API instability.

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions and limitations of liability.
